VIDEOGRAPHY
Videography is a huge part of sports, being able to capture the special moments and tell stories. Some of the most engaging posts on socials are video led content, below are some examples of pitchside videography, commercial and interviews. Some of which have earned millions of views across social medias.
All below clips are filmed using Sony Handycam Camcorder FDR-AX53, originally filmed in 2K 60fps, and have been downscaled for easier loading times on the website. Pitchside videos are filmed handheld due to ease of use when executing multiple matchday operations such as in stadium bowl actions and social media coverage.
PITCHSIDE VIDEO
I've filmed hundreds of goals pitchside, so it's difficult to pick just a few that stand out. These are all filmed with aforementioned settings, handheld at each stadium. Each position and angle is planned in advance to tack into account, stadium locations, fans position, subs warming up, referees/technical areas. To try and capture stories and moments can be difficult at times, but a lot easier when you take control of what you have available. Check out some pitchside videos below:
INTERVIEW/MISCELLANIOUS
I've also filmed a lot of interviews through the years. Primarily using Sony Handycam Camcorder FDR-AX53, Rode Wireless Go II microphones, and a varied lighting setup, with the go to being the CB60B 70W and Parabolic softbox and grid.
